im in the same boat with high cholesterol running in the family. i got my blood tested a few years back and the doctor said my numbers were perfect he actually thought i was a vegetarian. just be sure to eat health and exercise consistently. i play golf so im walking a lot and i go to the gym frequently. i just got my blood tested a couple days ago so im hoping for good news. do an activity to keep fit and it should lower your bad cholesterol.

Yeah sometimes high chol is hereditary, which is why there’s drugs to control that, such as statins.

U should eat healthy and exercise, and get some drugs to help keep the chol low.
