Fish skin is rich in Omega 3 fats so its great for you – unlike chicken skin.

You are right,the chicken and duck skin is full of saturated fat.On the other hand the fish skin has omega 3 complex and it’s good for memory

No !! Fish (meat) is rich in omega 3… but if you eat the skin you get appendicitis !!
