SOY PROTEIN has cholesterol in it.. thats why.. its just soy.(and “soy joy” is made from soy)
some energy bars do.. some dont..
HDL is the good cholesterol, its very good for your heart..(oh and it lowers your bad cholesterol/LDL levels)

the cholesterol is due to the soy in it, it contains good cholesterol
