You need to eat a healthy diet, no fried foods, no shell fish, watch animal fats. Sugar gets converted in the liver and actually raises cholesterol levels, watch your refined sugar and carbohydrates. You are too young to have cholesterol this high. There’s much info on line, read up on this.
Do not eat fatty fried foods and eat more veggies. Also go to papayamine.com and get the Cholesamine. It will lower cholesterol levels naturally without taking harsh drugs!
Your cholesterol isn’t that bad but it’s good you want to try and eat healthily. Recent guidelines suggest taking omega-3 supplements.
The key to reducing your cholesterol is to increase your high density lipoprotens (HDL) and reduce your low density lipoproteins (LDL) which are associated with heart disease etc.
HDL friendly foods include fruit and veg, fibre rich foods, oily fish, avocado, peanuts and olive oil. You should also try to lose weight (if overweight), stop smoking (if you smoke) and do some light exercise a few times a week.
LDL is present in saturated fats, so wherever possible make ‘unsaturated fat’ choices. This will crop up usually in junk foods and margerines so check the lables for the saturated and unsaturated fat levels.
Regular Coke and Dr Pepper wont affect your cholesterol that much but they are so full of sugar it’s scary. Switch to healthier options of pop such as diet versions which contain significantly lower sugar levels.
OK def u cant drink any pops, meat and frozen food.start eating vegetable more n fruits like eat fruits n vegetbale for breakfast n dinner n eat meat for lunch it will def lower ur cholestrol plus u shud starting to drink water alot and eat alot of fish instead of chiken, beef n stuff!!n try to not eat any oily n faty stuff cus it cause u to hav a higher cholestrol plus cholestrol ussually it runs through genes so u better watch ur choletrol or ucan get stroke n heart disease!dun take pill cus wen u start takin it it is tru that it lower but u will be addicted to it so u will hav to keep using the pill n u cant stop it! juss watch the food that u eating n no JUNK FOOD n POPs!EAT FISH – VEGETABLE – FRUITS cus THEY ARE UR NEW BEST FRIEND!

Well you need to lay off the McDonalds Big Macs or In N Outs. Just try to eat salads, grilled chicken and turkey.
